Google Nest camera includes animal/vehicle/person alerts, two-way communication through built-in microphones and speakers, built-in battery, weather resistance and more. Nest Cam shows users live video in 1080p HD, it has 1/20 degrees with 130 degree area. There is a 2.8-inch 2MP sensor. It also supports HDR and night vision.Users can check things from anywhere, whenever they want, using the Google Home app. Nest Aware includes features such as familiar facial recognition and 30-day or 60-day event video history, depending on users’ plan.

What all buyers get with tata play secure plus package

Buyers will get a two-month free subscription to battery-powered Google Nest Cam, Google Nest Mini and Nest Aware. Buyers can buy this device from the official website of Tata Play. The Rs 3,000 annual plan offers support for one to four cameras.

The Rs 6,000 annual plan provides support for five to eight cameras. The Rs 9,000 annual plan can support nine to twelve cameras. All subscription plans come with common features such as alerts when the camera detects any sound or motion, 7 days of rolling cloud storage, 24×7 live feeds, two-way communication, time-lapse view and expandable storage of up to 32GB.Connectivity options in the cameraIn terms of connectivity, Google Nest Cam offers dual-band Wi-Fi support and low energy Bluetooth.

How the camera works in the event of a power outage

Video streaming and video recording require working internet and Wi-Fi. In the event of power or Wi-Fi turned off, nest Cam (battery) has a local storage fallback, which means it will record events of up to an hour on the device (about a week’s worth of events). When the service returns, the device will upload the event to the cloud, so that users can review what happened.
